Important Note : Replacing air filter is the technical person 's responsibility, but it can be the end -user 's, if he /she assures the right application of following.
Replacing Sequence :
1- Refer to the service manual
Identify the type of filter required.With FAC filter, each air filter has its FAC number and also the OEM number (replace) clearly written on both packing and the filter itself.
2- Open the Hood
3- Locate your air filter
Usually found on top of the engine. On cars with carburetors it is in a round piece.Fuel-injected cars have square or rectangular air filter housings that may be off to the side of the engine.
4- Unscrew
Or unclamp the top to the air filter housing. Lift out the air filter,it should be a round or rectangular shape.Then, clean the area with a vacuum cleaner or seal the top of the carburetor. This will keep debris out of the carburetor or intake way as you continue to clean the housing.
5-Replace the filter
Replace the filter with a new filter. Consult your manual to determine the OEM code and then select your suitable FAC air filter.

All FAC air products have written instructions for replacing procedures located on packing.
